    I purchased the car mount, but occasionally things happen, and I did not get the two metal plates needed. I reached out to your customer service support and they quickly sent me my plates . I now have it installed in my car abd I can say this, traveling will no longer be a chore trying to navigate while holding the phone or trying to place it somewhere. I now place it on my dashboard and I can easily see where my next destination will be ! Thank you for such a great tool I appreciate it very much!

    Received in good time period. The plates are so thin it’s unbelievable I glued mine to the back of the silicone cover of my phone and not to the phone itself and works great. This way I have the phone as original when I bought it. My phone it’s very heavy. It’s an iPhone 11 Pro Max and this mount works great I decided to get an extra metal plate for the wife’s phone when she drives my car. I am very happy with this product. XOtm you guys did an amazing job. Thank you
